01 Who operates this site

This website is operated by Upsofte, a software development agency based in Valencia, Venezuela. By browsing upsofte.com you accept the conditions described below.

02 Purpose of the site

upsofte.com is an informational site. Its purpose is to present Upsofte’s services and make it easy for interested people and companies to get in touch.

The site does not allow services to be contracted or payments to be made. Any project is formalised through a proposal and a contract signed by both parties.

03 About the information published

Information about services, scope, technologies, timelines and ways of working is indicative and describes how we usually work. It does not constitute a binding offer.

The timelines mentioned — for example, that an MVP usually takes between eight and fourteen weeks — are estimates based on our experience and depend on each project’s actual scope. Real scope, price and timelines are always set out in the corresponding proposal.

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions, and we may change it at any time without prior notice.

04 Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms its operation or its availability to others.
• Attempt to access areas, files or systems not intended for the public.

This refers only to the content of this site. In the projects we develop for clients, ownership of the code, infrastructure and documentation belongs to the client, as set out in the contract.

The site links to WhatsApp to make contact easier. That service is operated by third parties, with its own terms and policies, over which we have no control or responsibility.

07 Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Upsofte is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published here.
