03 · Agents & automation
Processes that run themselves.
Agents that read, classify, decide and act inside your systems. Repetitive work stops eating your team’s hours and starts running in the background.
Almost every company has tasks that take a lot of time and require little judgement: sorting email, pulling data out of invoices, reconciling two systems that don’t talk to each other, answering the same question under a different name. People do this work well, but it shouldn’t occupy anyone full time.
An agent is a workflow that combines a language model with concrete actions on your systems: read an inbox, query a database, write to the ERP, escalate to a person when something isn’t clear. The point isn’t that it acts alone, but that it knows when it shouldn’t and leaves a record of everything it did.

What’s included
Mapping the current process
We document step by step how it’s done today, how long it takes and where errors happen. Without that, automation only speeds up the mess.
Workflow and boundary design
We define what the agent decides on its own, what needs human approval and when it must escalate. The boundaries are agreed before we build.
Document analysis
Structured extraction from invoices, contracts, purchase orders or forms, including scans, validated against your business rules.
Execution on your systems
The agent acts where you already work: email, ERP, CRM, database or your support channel, with the credentials and permissions you assign it.
Supervision and traceability
A dashboard of what ran, what the agent decided and why, plus alerts when something falls outside expectations.
02 · Agents & automation
When it makes sense
- People on your team spend their day moving information from one system to another.
- You receive a volume of documents someone has to read and key in by hand.
- Customer support repeats the same answers all day long.
- A process depends on someone remembering to check it at a certain hour.

Frequently asked questions
Only as far as you decide. The norm is to start with human approval on everything, measure the hit rate on real cases, and only then widen what it executes on its own.
Every run is logged with its reasoning and is reversible on the steps that allow it. We also set thresholds: when confidence is low, the case escalates to a person instead of being resolved automatically.
Yes. We combine OCR with structured extraction and validation against your rules, which is what prevents a misread value from being filed.
A first, narrow workflow is usually live in 4 to 8 weeks, including the supervision period on real cases before it’s given autonomy.
